Remote services work as long as you can boot your computer and get on the internet. We will then connect and help rectify any issue you may have. The price for remote service is cheaper than an on-site visit and the results are the same. If for ANY reason we can not fix it remotely or get disconnected and can not reconnect. . the fee that you have paid for the remote service will be credited towards an on-site visit, you will NOT pay twice!
